Learning to develop as a player means learning to strategize your own development, understanding your goals and opportunities. We provide our participants with the tools to work independently, socially, and engaged.
Mentoring is one of our strongest tools. We have well-known eSports profiles that create models and promote positive values and actions. We actively work to promote diversity and inclusion and combat sexism, racism, and bullying.
Through our eSports training programs, we create the same positive structures for eSports that exist for traditional sports, but we also take advantage of the opportunities offered by eSports and digital media. Our training sessions are based on materials developed by some of the world's most influential eSports athletes.
In line with our initiative to offer high-quality educational programs, we provide our students with an environment where they can test their skills, both from an athletic and professional perspective. We achieve this through the organization and operation of regular tournaments where participants compete in an authentic eSports experience.
Our goal is to create a platform where individuals can come together to share experiences and develop as players and professionals in a safe and responsible environment. Responsible gaming is at the heart of our mission, and we recognize the need for control and monitoring in the context of eSports.
